PECAN CANDY 
1 c. pecans
2 c. evaporated milk
4 c. sugar
Butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of baking powder
Vanilla extract

Put milk, sugar and butter in pot and cook over low heat. Before it gets too thick, put in pinch of baking powder and salt. Then cook until thick and add pecans. Cook until desired thickness.
