SNOW BALL ICE CREAM
5 cups snow or shaved ice 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla (or to taste) Add ingredients to bowl. Mix with spatula. When thoroughly combined, serve and enjoy. Submitted by: christina
