TAMALE PIE | |
2 lbs. beef, chopped 2 lg. onions, chopped 2 cans corn 2 cans olives, chopped 1 can tomato paste 3 c. water 1 clove minced garlic 3 cans beef tamales, each quartered 2 cans tomatoes, peeled Salt & pepper Saute beef and onions. Quarter each tamale. Add all ingredients and bake in large casserole at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10. Double for a great buffet dish. |
