CHOCOLATE ECLAIR 
2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers

Line pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding and Cool Whip. Layer, ending with graham crackers on top.

ICING:

2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. hot coffee

Mix together. Spread over crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
