PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
3 lbs. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
3 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 onions, chopped
1 c. tomato puree
2 eggs

Mix together thoroughly, form in loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until sauce is ready.

SAUCE:

1 c. tomato puree
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/4 c. cold water

Pour over meat loaf and baste while baking. Bake 2 hours.
