PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
MEAT LOAF:

1 med. onion, diced
3 slices bread
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

SAUCE:

4 oz. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix all meatloaf ingredients together. Form into a loaf and place into baking pan. Make sauce and pour half over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Heat the remaining sauce to use as a gravy during serving.
