CROWN JEWEL DESSERT | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 1 (3 oz.) cherry Jello 3 c. boiling water 1 c. pineapple juice 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1/2 c. cold water 2 (4 oz.) envelopes Dream Whip mix 1 c. cold milk 1 1/2 c. cold water 1/4 c. sugar 18 whole lady fingers, separated 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Prepare lime, orange, cherry Jello separately using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour into separate 8x8 inch pans. Chill until firm. Cut in 1/2 inch cubes. Heat pineapple juice to boiling point. Remove from heat. Add sugar and lemon Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add remaining 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until syrupy. Line bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan with lady fingers, set aside. Prepare Dream Whip with milk and vanilla as package directs. Fold in syrupy Jello. Then fold in Jello cubes. Pour into springform pan. Chill 5 to 8 hours or overnight. Remove sides of pan and serve. |
