PORK AND BEANS 
2 lb. Navy beans
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. sugar-free barbecue sauce
1 env. onion soup mix, dry
1/4 lb. turkey ham, diced
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. catsup
4 c. water

Soak beans overnight. Place in 5-quart slow cooker. Add 4 cups water and remainder of ingredients and simmer 12 hours. Freeze in plastic bags each containing serving size desired.
