This bluefish recipe is simple and easy to do. Bluefish has a strong taste, plus smell. I was told to take the bluefish and put it in a dish and soak it in milk (covered) for about two to three hours or longer to reduce the smell and strong taste. It works and I enjoyed this recipe.

To reduce the fishy smell/taste, cut out the red blood/oil portion of a filet.
