BLUEFISH WITH SPICY MUSTARD AND HORSERADISH SAUCE | |
2 lbs bluefish fillets 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1 tsp (or more, to taste) prepared horseradish sauce Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay foil down on a large baking sheet, spray foil with cooking spray. Place fillets, skin side down on foil. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spread evenly on fish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish easily flakes. Great served with horseradish mashed potatoes. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
