CHICKEN SUPREME 
4 boneless breasts of chicken (split in half to make 8 pieces)
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (low salt kind can be used)
1/4 c. white wine
1 c. herb seasoning stuffing mix (crushed)
1/4 c. melted butter

Place chicken in greased 9x13 pan top with cheese. Combine soup and wine, stir well then pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle on crushed stuffing mix, then drizzle on butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
