BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. bread flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 c. blueberries

Heat oven to 400 degrees. I use cupcake papers, in muffin pan. Beat egg; stir in milk and oil. Stir in remaining bread flour, sugar, baking powder. (Batter might be lumpy, that's okay.) Add blueberries last. Fill papers about 3/4 full and bake 20 minutes until light brown on top.
