CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix or herb seasoning mix
2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter and pour over stuffing mix; mix well. Mix first 5 ingredients. Line bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole with half of chicken mixture. Cover with half of stuffing mix, then repeat, ending with half of stuffing mix. Pour chicken broth over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
