CRAB PIZZA
Fantastic with ice-cold beer or Margaritas!

1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat, picked clean of shells
1 lb. shredded provolone cheese
1 cup finely chopped green onions
1 pkg. burrito size tortilla wraps
1 large or 2 medium fresh tomatoes, cut into small cubes
olive oil
Old Bay spice

Preheat oven and pan to 400°F. Lay out 5 tortilla shells, brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle equally with crabmeat, cheese, green onions and tomatoes. Shake on Old Bay to taste.

Note: With this spice, less is more, and I advise trying the first pizza before adding spice to the rest to get the amount right. Too much can really overpower the other ingredients.

Put shells on heated pan and put in oven until cheese melts and shell is crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove and cut in wedges with pizza cutter. These are best served right out of the oven.

Makes 5 pizzas (6 pieces each).
