MIDNIGHT TEA 
3 c. water
3 tea bags
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
4 thin slices lemon

Heat water to boiling in a saucepan. Add tea bags and brew 4 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add marmalade. Place tea over medium low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Pour into teapot. Garnish each cup with lemon slice.

Makes 3 1/2 cups.
