MEXICAN STEAK 
1 round steak, cut in 3" long strips
3 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1-2 onions, cut in rings
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 sm. cans mushrooms
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can el pato
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

Place oil in frying pan and brown steak strips. Add onion and pepper; cook for 20-3 minutes stirring. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes.
