FRUIT PIZZA | |
1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. fresh or canned fruit (banana slices, blueberries, seedless grapes, strawberries, etc.) 1/4 c. orange marmalade or peach or apricot preserves 1 tbsp. water Cut dough into 1/8 inch pieces. Line 14-inch pizza pan with dough pieces, pressing to form a crust. Bake in 375 degree oven 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Blend cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Spread over cookie crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Glaze with mixture of marmalade and water. Chill. Makes 12 servings. Let your children be creative in arranging the fruit. |
