CORN TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
2 1/2 c. tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. coarsely cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine ingredients and place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with grated American cheese, additional cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

Serves 8-10.
