CORN BREAD STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 (9 inch) pan corn bread
1 can corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 c. turkey ham, cubed
Bacon (5 or 6 slices uncooked)

Precook 5 or 6 bell peppers. Boil bell peppers in boiling water 5 to 6 minutes. In bowl crumble cornbread and add remaining ingredients, except bacon. Stuff bell peppers with cornbread mixture. Top each pepper with uncooked bacon. Spoon remaining cornbread mixture around peppers. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
