CORN - STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. corn
1 c. diced fresh tomato
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. minced dried onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter

Slice tops off of green peppers, remove seeds and discard. Cook peppers in boiling salted water for 5 minutes then drain. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into peppers. Place peppers in baking dish and bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes or until tender.
