1 lg. can corned beef (should make 7 patties)
1 egg
2 cans stewed tomatoes

Mix corned beef with egg, mixture is sticky, with a fork get enough mixture to make a medium sized patty. Pat it in flour then make the patties. Fry the patties in small amount of oil on both sides until brown. Pour tomatoes over the patties, put pats of butter on top of tomatoes and let it simmer until you are ready to serve your meal.
