CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
1 can cream style corn
1 (8 oz.) can oysters, drained
2 c. coarsely crushed soda crackers
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook onion and butter in skillet. Add this onion and butter mixture with all the other ingredients in a 3-quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
