4 c. apples, chunks
1 c. walnuts
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix apples and nuts; set aside.

Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil together. Mix together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture and stir just to moisten. Add apples and nuts. Dough like a cookie mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes in 13"x9" pan or in cookie sheet for 30 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
