5 DOZEN PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour

Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well. Add sugars and cream thoroughly. Add beaten eggs, mixing well. Add flour and blend. Drop on greased baking sheet. Press cookies lightly to flatten. I use a fork and criss cross. Bake 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees.
