HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped bananas
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice

Grease and flour 10 inch tube or Bundt pan. In a bowl mix flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients, stir until mixed (hand mix only). Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

FROSTING FOR HUMMINGBIRD CAKE:

1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla, blend until light. Slowly add powdered sugar. Spread on cool cake.
