BROCCOLI WITH SHRIMP 
1/2 lb. jumbo shrimp
Broccoli
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. oil
Dash white curry powder
2 tsp. sugar
Dash sesame seed oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Peel shrimp and split the back to remove intestines. Use 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup water and mix thoroughly with shrimp. Add 2 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon salt and dash of white curry powder. Cut broccoli into small strips and put the broccoli through the slit in the shrimp. Put shrimp and broccoli in very hot oil for 30 seconds then put shrimp and broccoli into frying pan. Mix half cup of water with 2 teaspoons sugar, dash of sesame seed oil and 1 tablespoon cornstarch; mix well and pour into the pan. Stir until the gravy thickens.
