1 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook sugar and milk for 3 minutes. Stir and cook 3 minutes longer. Stir chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts. Pour into buttered 8"x8" pan.
