NOODLE BURGER 
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. cooked tomatoes
2 c. cooked noodles
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. paprika

Brown onion in shortening. Add celery and beef. Cover. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Add the flour gradually, then add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a baking dish and cover with buttered bread crumbs (if desired). Bake in a slow 300 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
