PECAN CLOUDS 
1 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
3 c. pecans
1 tsp. almond flavor
1 pinch salt

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and almond flavor. Fold in nuts and drop by teaspoon on well greased cookie sheets. Bake at 275 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not over bake.
