1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Mix all ingredients and chill.
