PA'S CHUTNEY DRESSING 
2/3 c. vinegar- "cider or wine"
1 1/2 c. Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
3 tbsp. Major Grey's Chutney
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. tarragon

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until "semi" smooth.

This dressing can be used hot or cold on salads - (Especially spinach salad).

It also is a good dipping sauce for a vegetable platter.

The dressing can be used as a base for stir fry chicken. Just add some small chopped bell peppers.
