2 eggs, beaten
2 c. buttermilk
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour (measure after sifting)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Sift flour with all dry ingredients. Break eggs into milk, add flour and cooking oil, beating well. Makes 8 waffles. Good for pancakes, also.
