1 roll refrigerator-type chocolate chip cookies
1 bag Reeses mini-peanut butter cups

Slice cookies into 9 equal pieces, then cut each piece into quarters. Place each quarter into a foil lined mini-muffin tin. Bake according to package directions, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and while still hot, place an unwrapped peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie. Makes 36.

Note: Other flavors of cookies work just as well, as do Rollo's instead of peanut butter cups. Each bag of peanut butter cups usually contains 36.
