1 (6 oz.) Nestle chocolate chips 1 stick butter 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 7 c. Rice Chex Put chips, butter and peanut butter in a large pot, heat on low until completely melted, stirring every so often. Turn off burner. Add the Rice Chex to the melted sauce and stir until coated. Take a large grocery bag, pour the powdered sugar in it, add the Rice Chex mixture and shake bag until coated. Pour in ziploc bag or plastic container with cover and store in the freezer. |
