RICE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. rice
1 qt. light cream (4 c.)
2 qts. water (8 c.)
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Raisins, optional
Cinnamon

Mix first five ingredients together in large pot and cook at high temperature until it comes to a boil stirring continuously. Turn to low or simmer and continue cooking for 1 hour stirring frequently. Beat eggs together with sugar and vanilla; mix thoroughly and add to rice mixture and continue to cook 5 minutes more. Pour into bowl or dishes, add raisins and sprinkle with cinnamon. Yield alot.
