CRANBERRY YUM-YUM SALAD | |
1 lb. ground fresh cranberries 1 lb. bag mini marshmallows 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained 3/4 c. nuts, chopped 1 pt. whipping cream 1/2 c. sugar Mix cranberries, marshmallows and 1 1/2 cups sugar and chill overnight. Whip heavy cream and add 1/2 cup sugar while whipping. Add pineapple and nuts. Blend with cranberry mixture and chill until firm. A delicious barbecue side dish! |
