FROZEN APPLE CRANBERRY SALAD 
3 red delicious apples, quartered and cored
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. tiny marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Quarter and core apples, don't peel. Grind apples and cranberries into a bowl. Add sugar, stir well- let stand until sugar dissolved. Add nuts and marshmallows. Fold mixture into whipped cream (2 or more cups of whipped topping can be substituted).

Pour into 9 or 10 inch square dish. Wrap well and freeze. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
