HAM SALAD 
2 c. lean cooked ham, ground
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. finely minced green onions
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. lite mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix up; chill. Serve with bread or rolls. Yield: 2 1/3 cups.
