4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 c. ham, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Mix ingredients with mayonnaise. Serve cold as salad or sandwiches.
