SAVORY SALMON PATTIES 
No stick cooking spray
2 cans (6 1/2 c. each) boneless, skinless salmon, drained and chunked
2 slices firm white bread, cubed
2 tbsp. minced pimento
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 c. cholesterol free or light reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine salmon, bread cubes, pimento, onion, parsley and dill weed. Stir in mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven 15 minutes or until lightly browned; if desired serve with tartar sauce. Makes 4 servings.
