SAUSAGE CHEESE SOUFFLE | |
6 eggs 1 pt. milk 1/4 tsp. oregano Salt & pepper 1 lb. bulk sausage 6 slices white bread, broken up 1/2 lb. grated cheese, may use 1/2 Monterey Jack & 1/2 cheddar Beat eggs and milk and seasonings. Cook sausage and drain. Spread over bread pieces in 9"x13" pan. Add egg mixture. Spread cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10. |
