CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, cook and drain (or 2 bunches fresh broccoli), cooked and drained
2 c. chopped chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. minute rice

Mix soup, mayonnaise, and milk. In 9 x 13 inch pan, put rice. Add 1/2 soup mixture; stir until rice is covered. Arranged chicken on top of rice and broccoli on top of chicken. Pour on remaining soup. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
