BAKED CHICKEN WINGS | |
4 lb. chicken wings 1/2 c. butter 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. oregano 2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. pepper Cut tips from chicken wings. Cut other joint so you have 2 pieces. Melt butter. Mix all other ingredients. Dip wings in butter, then into cheese mixture. Arrange in shallow baking dish on foil. Drizzle with remainder of butter and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You can go a little heavy on cheese and butter if you like your wings well coated. Serves 30. |
