HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
1 c. all-purpose flour
7 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa, divided
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c. hot water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine 3/4 cups sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, butter and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour batter in square pan 8 x 8 x 2 inches or 9 x 9 x 2 inches.

In small bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle mixture over batter. Pour hot water over top. DO NOT STIR. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon onto dessert dishes and garnish as desired.
