Stir together in a microwave bowl:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa

Add:

1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

In another bowl combine:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. hot water

Pour this mixture over the other. DO NOT STIR. Cook for 8 minutes on HIGH or until it springs back when you push with finger.
