MOMA PAT'S PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup (light)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/4 c. butter
1 c. pecans
Unbaked pie shell

Combine eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter. Arrange pecans in bottom of pie shell. Add mixture on top. (Pecans rise as pie cooks.) Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
