MACARONI AND CHEESE PIE 
1 1/2 c. macaroni
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. sharp or extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
milk (as needed)
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package. Mix together eggs and evaporated milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold in cheese and macaroni. Add milk to make mixture soupy. Pour into casserole dish and dot with butter.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30 minutes or until set.
