CORN FRITTERS 
3-4 lg. ears sweet corn (approximately 1 can)
2/3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. ground nutmeg
2 eggs, separated
2 tsp. milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted and cooled
1/4 c. sliced green onion or chopped onion
