ARMENIAN SPINACH 
1 cucumber, sliced thin
2 bunches spinach
1 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. Greek olives
1 c. feta cheese

DRESSING:

2/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. lemon juice

Wash, dry and tear spinach. Combine all ingredients in salad bowl. Combine oil and lemon juice in jar and shake well. Pour over salad and toss.
