MATTIES SOUP 
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. melted oil or butter

Stir together, add milk to make a thin batter, like pancake batter. Bake on a greased griddle or iron skillet (like pancakes). Cut in strips and place in bowls of hot broth.
