CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 egg, beaten
1/2 to 3/4 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. oil (may add 1/2 tsp. olive oil)
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken into egg, then crumbs. Repeat. Fry chicken in oil until golden brown (nearly done). Pour some of the sauce into a greased baking dish. Put chicken in, drizzle with rest of the sauce. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Top with cheeses, bake until melted and slightly brown.
